At Aarya Crackers Bazaar, we aim to deliver every order with the highest quality and care. However, due to the nature of fireworks and safety regulations, we follow a strict No Returns Policy. Please read our terms carefully before placing an order.
Once an order is confirmed and delivered, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Customers are requested to check their order carefully at the time of delivery.
Refunds are only applicable in the following case:
If the order is not delivered to the customer.
In such cases:
A refund will be processed after deducting delivery charges and processing costs.
Refunds will be made through the same mode of payment used during order confirmation.
If the customer’s address is incorrect, we are not responsible for non-delivery or wrong delivery.
If the order is delivered to a travel agency/courier office, the customer must collect it promptly.
If the customer delays and the order is misplaced, damaged, or lost, Aarya Crackers Bazaar will not be held responsible.
All sales are considered final once confirmed and dispatched.
Customers are requested to verify all details (address, contact info, product selection) before confirming the order.
Fireworks being sensitive goods cannot be re-shipped or returned once out for delivery.

As per the Hon’ble Supreme Court order (Arjun Gopal vs Union of India, 2018), online sales of fireworks are strictly prohibited. Aarya Crackers Bazaar operates only through a catalogue-based model, where customers can view available products online but cannot purchase directly through the website. All orders are confirmed offline via phone, email, or WhatsApp, and proper GST billing is provided for every transaction. We do not offer cart-based checkouts, online payments, or doorstep e-commerce services. |
