Returns & Refunds Policy – Aarya Crackers Bazaar

At Aarya Crackers Bazaar, we aim to deliver every order with the highest quality and care. However, due to the nature of fireworks and safety regulations, we follow a strict No Returns Policy. Please read our terms carefully before placing an order.

🚫 No Returns Policy

  • Once an order is confirmed and delivered, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  • Customers are requested to check their order carefully at the time of delivery.

💰 Refunds Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following case:

  • If the order is not delivered to the customer.

In such cases:

  • A refund will be processed after deducting delivery charges and processing costs.

  • Refunds will be made through the same mode of payment used during order confirmation.

📦 Wrong Delivery / Lost Orders

  • If the customer’s address is incorrect, we are not responsible for non-delivery or wrong delivery.

  • If the order is delivered to a travel agency/courier office, the customer must collect it promptly.

    • If the customer delays and the order is misplaced, damaged, or lost, Aarya Crackers Bazaar will not be held responsible.
